A man journeys through Switzerland to find solace in a vist to his ill mother.
The film is a first person narration of the personal experience of the director, Filippo Filliger, who decides to walk from Geneva to Locarno to visit his sick mother. The journey through the mountains of Switzerland
Filippo Filliger was born in Locarno in 1978 and then moved to Geneva in 1999, where he graduated with a degree in History and Aesthetics of Cinema. During his studies, he directed several short films, which were screened at international festivals. He has also written and directed several plays and collaborated on a number of contemporary art installations together with his wife Dorothée Thébert.
