Manuela Buono

Was born and still lives in Trieste (Italy). In 2013 she founded Slinghsot Films, sales agency based in Italy specialized in creative documentaries and art-house fiction films.
She has been involved in film and tv production, and festivals organiza- tion for more than 10 years. She is member of the selection committee of Festival dei Popoli, Firenze and she is consultant for several interna- tional film markets.

Mega Plus 2010 (Media Business School Master in European Audiovisual Management) graduated, she received a Nipkow fellowship in 2011 and was selected for Berlinale Talent – Distribution Studio, in 2014. Alessandro Gogna

Born in Genova the 29th of July 1946, lives and works in Milan. Opinion maker on tourist and environmental problems around the Alps, moun- taineering historian, alpine guide and world wide known mountaineer, has succeeded at least two hundreds and fifty first ascents in the Alps and Apennine, among which, mentioned for the affinity to this festival, the Naso di Z’mutt on Cervino (1969). He founded and is presently the guarantor of Mountain Wilderness.

Lorenzo Hendel

is born in Florence on December 1950. At the end of the Seventies he moved to Perugia, where he worked in RAI studios. In 1988 he moved to Rome, and kept working in RAI3 as television director. Meanwhile his job as a documentary director led him around the world on travel. In 2003/2005 he directed his first fiction feature film for cinema, “Quan- do i bambini giocano in cielo”(“When Children Play in the Sky), com- pletely shot in Greenland. This film won several awards, as best Fea- ture Film at Ischia Film Festival, Maremetraggio Festival in Trieste and Cervino CineMountain Festival in Cervinia, and further awards in many other festivals. Since 2007 up to June 2013 he was in charge of DOC3 (Rai Tre). He selected the documentaries to buy and co produce, and together with the authors he followed all the projects in their develop- ment. In 2014 he wrote the book “Dramaturgy of Documentary Cinema. Storylines and Production Experiences to Tell the Reality”, published by Dino Audino, Rome. From 2014 he shoots many environment docu- mentary for Rai3. He is also working as a consultant for several Docu- mentary projects.
