From the director of "Godlands", a fascinating glimpse of family life, with a nod towards the cinema of origins. A story of siblings building a tree house together over the course of a year. We experience the beauty and brutality of the seasons, as we follow them through their struggles and moments of joy.
Hlynur Pálmason (1984) is an Icelandic artist and filmmaker. He studied at the Danish National Film School. His first feature film, “Vinterbrødre”, premiered in Locarno in 2017. The subsequent “A White, White Day” was nominated for the European Film Awards, while “Godlands” was among the most acclaimed films of Cannes 2022.
